Life coaching - Renata Ruprecht
What is coaching?
When referring to getting coached by a professional coach, is a teaching or training process in which an individual gets support while learning to achieve a specific personal or professional result or goal. The individual getting coached may be referred to as the client or coachee.
Coaching is unlike therapy because it does not focus on examining or diagnosing the past.
Its focus is on the future and it is action oriented.
Different coaching methods may be done with individuals or with groups, in person, over the phone or online.
What about time?
One coaching session is: 30-60 mins long
To focus on one goal you will need about 5-10 sessions.
You usually meet your coach or talk on the phone once a week
What about the results?
In 75 % the results depend on you :-)
In 15% it depends on the personality of the coach
In 10% it depends on the tools and methods used
What about the numbers?
A coaching session starts at 100 dollar per 30 mins , and it can vary depending on the type of the problem

ABOUT ME

I feel that coaching is a very effective means of achieving goals in life. When you are being coached by someone it means that you are not alone in the process, you do not need to figure out everything on your own. You receive support and are accountable to someone at the same time. It is proven that people tend to achieve much more when they share their goals with others and are accountable to do the action steps that are needed to achieve these goals.
